For me, Pilates is much more than just a sport that strengthens and shapes my body. Pilates simply makes me happy, both when I do it myself and when I teach it.
Due to the high level of concentration required to perform the exercises in the best possible way, Pilates helps me to be more mindful of myself. It clears my head and allows me to free myself from the stress of everyday life - this is also one of the reasons why I decided to become a Pilates teacher. I enjoy seeing how people develop and how I can
develop and how I can help them to do so.
My classes are often challenging. You work up a sweat, and in the end, you are happy to have done something good for yourself. I develop creative training sessions for you based on your goals, always with a holistic approach.
