Mama Glow: The exclusive small group session for pregnant women in the middle of Zurich
You are pregnant and want to train in a small group of maximum 3 moms?
The Mama Glow course is a mixed mat/equipment course and we recommend you take the course from the 16th week of pregnancy at the latest. This means that you will benefit from classes on both the equipment and the mat. The course language is English.

Adva, a mom of 3 herself, is our expert when it comes to pregnancy and postnatal sessions. She will guide you with competence and personal advice, with a lot of heart and passion!
This is your chance to:

Training your body awareness
Improve your posture
Get to know a series of mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises that are ideal for counteracting complaints during pregnancy.
Consciously strengthen your upper body to optimally prepare it for carrying and breastfeeding your baby.
In other words: Mama Flow is a workout for your physical and mental well-being.
