Mama Glow: The exclusive small group session for pregnant women in the middle of Zurich

You are pregnant and want to train in a small group?


The Mama Glow course is a mat course and we recommend you take the course from the 16th week of pregnancy at the latest. The course language is English.


- Every Monday from 11:30 - 12:25 with Adva

- Every Thursday from 17:40 - 18:35 with Adva


Adva, a mom of 3 herself, is our expert when it comes to pregnancy and postnatal sessions. She will guide you with competence and personal advice, with a lot of heart and passion!




This is your chance to:

  • Develop a good feeling for the pelvic floor

  • Training your body awareness

  • Improve your posture

  • Get to know a series of mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises that are ideal for counteracting complaints during pregnancy.

  • Consciously strengthen your upper body to optimally prepare it for carrying and breastfeeding your baby.
