The Pilates Stube is a professionally equipped, modern Pilates oasis in the middle of District 5 in Zurich. We are growing and are therefore looking for a motivated

Assistant (f/m/d) to the management – 20% (THU & FR) from now on or by arrangement

This position is offered in a job sharing model, with 20% of working hours on Thursdays and Fridays.

You should have the following requirements:

  • Completed basic commercial training or comparable qualification is an advantage

  • with professional experience in an assistant role

  • Solid IT user knowledge (MS Office)

  • Fluent German and English skills

  • Reliable personality with very independent working style

  • You have a quick grasp of things, a structured way of working and organizational skills and have high standards for quality.

This is what you do with us:

  • You coordinate a team of 9 trainers and organize their training

  • You are in close contact with customers and responsible for day-to-day business

  • You support the owner in various projects to build and develop the Pilates Stube

  • You help with administrative and organizational matters

  • You manage social media independently
