Who is the Pilates method suitable for?

Pilates exercises are suitable for everyone and can be carried out with fun and enjoyment - whether in a group or with our personal trainers. Often our clients choose to Pilates for the following reasons:

Using Pilates to align and strengthen your body 

Pilates is a holistic and effective training method to strengthen both body and mind in the long term. The Pilates method is used to strengthen the muscles through controlled, flowing movements. Deep breathing provides the body with fresh oxygen, enables it to release tension and stimulates concentration.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student – there is always something suitable for you in the broad range of Pilates exercises. At our Pilates Stube, we apply a very individualised approach to suit your fitness level and ability.

Training in groups or individually in the Pilates Stube

In the Pilates Stube we offer group courses as well as personal and duet training on the mat and using equipment. Through targeted exercises, we strengthen the core of the body, torso muscles, the pelvic floor and improve mobility. You'll notice a difference after just a few Pilates sessions! The seven Pilates principles are a fundamental part of any Pilates training.

In the Pilates Stube’s wellness space you can enjoy peace and relaxation and discover your physical abilities on the Pilates mat or using Pilates equipment. You will find an overview of our regular Pilates courses and other offerings in the timetable!
