PILATES TRAINERIN: REUT NAHUM

Reut.jpg

Pilates has been part of my life since I was a teenager. I first discovered it to support my scoliosis and lordosis alongside my dance training, not knowing how deeply it would accompany my journey. After many years as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer, I returned to the method with a new intention: to understand my own body more deeply and to guide others in caring for theirs.

I have experienced how Pilates sharpens my awareness and supports my energy balance, helping me recognize where I am physically and mentally. It allows me to move with clarity, focus, and ease even in intense moments.

What moves me most in my teaching are the moments when someone finds a new sense of connection, discovers lightness, or feels confident in their own movement. I love witnessing people understand their bodies in a new way and noticing how movement influences their feelings and their everyday life.

In the studio, I bring an energetic and warm presence, paired with a clear eye for alignment, coordination, and functional movement. My personality is intuitive and attentive, allowing me to sense where someone is and what they might need in that moment.

My inspiration comes from nature, music, dance, films, people, and the many cultures and stories that cross my path. My philosophy is simple: movement is a space to raise awareness, free your potential, and meet yourself with honesty and care.

I teach because grounding, vitality, and a sense of resilience matter deeply to me and I love supporting others in discovering these qualities in their own bodies.
